All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all cities and regions within:
- Saudi Arabia (KSA) — including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, and all other cities.
- United Arab Emirates (UAE) — including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Shipping Times
- Saudi Arabia: 2–5 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. A COD verification step may be required to confirm your order before dispatch.
Order Tracking

Customs & Import Duties
For orders within KSA and UAE, no additional customs duties apply for domestic shipments. For any cross-border orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties.
